![]() He kept saying I ripped the mirror off the car because the bracket should have gave first before breaking the glass and that rear view mirrors aren’t meant to swivel or be adjusted. I told him his crew damaged my mirror because it won’t move at all now to adjust and that resulted in the windshield being damaged. He says he doesn’t know who drives my car but maybe they did it and I told him it was just me and my husband in the car when this all happened. I explain to him I just tried to adjust it and it wouldn’t budge when it freely moved before. The owner calls me and insists I ripped my mirror off the car intentionally. I get in my car that evening and my mirror completely falls from the windshield taking a chunk of glass with it. The worker kept saying my mirror looks and feels like it’s un mounted from the windshield and he’d talk with his boss. I called the company and they sent out their crew to come look at it. I got out of my car to go into a store and by the time I had gotten back into my car, it was split all the way down. I noticed a crack on my windshield right at the mount for the mirror. About 9 days later, I tried to adjust my rear view mirror and it wouldn’t budge at all so I waited until I got home to see if it was jammed.
